New Defibrillator in Abberton & Langenhoe
Thanks to Abberton and Langenhoe Parish Council for kindly providing a Defibrillator for public use at all times. It has been installed outside the entrance to the Community Shop.
The cabinet has a coded lock to keep it secure. As the Defibrillator has been registered with the East of England Ambulance Service, the code to open the cabinet is available by dialling 999 and asking for Ambulance.
During the opening hours of the Lion Corner Community Shop, the code is also available from the staff in the shop.
The Defibrillator is completely automatic and very easy to use – you just have to follow the clear voice prompts.
This is the second Defibrillator in Abberton & Langenhoe – the other one is located outside Abberton & District Cricket Club at the far end of Fingringhoe Road, Langenhoe.
